Yiz Mariposa and Will Pate of Gaia Circle will be guiding experiences such as cacao ceremony, authentic relating, and somatic practices where we open a portal into presence, remembrance, and resonance. Soma and Soul is an immersion and journey of sensory, soulful, musical and meditative experiences – an unraveling of tensions and an anchoring of truth.
Together, we will co-create a sacred container where the soul can speak, the body can move freely, and the heart can open wide.

Soma & Soul - explore embodied connection with guided movement to cultivate greater somatic awareness, authentic expression, and freedom. Featuring contact improvisation fused with authentic relating practices, this workshop invites you to come alive in the slowness, the silence, and explore the language of your soma and soul.
Breathwork - integrate through the body, landing in the alchemy of your breath in a guided breathwork experience

Yiz Mariposa: Yiz is visiting from Kauai, offering her signature Soul Share Connection experience. She is the founder of Soul Share and creator of the transformational Soul Share Cards. Her work focuses on embracing empowered vulnerability, liberating authenticity, Dharma, and nurturing the intimacy with Self & Other we all deeply crave.
Will Pate: Meet Will! Co-founder of Gaia Circle, yoga facilitator, bodyworker, and musician based in Santa Barbara, California. He holds space for the collective through conscious somatic movement modalities informed by Contact dance, over a decade of teaching and practicing yoga, and the attunement inspired by Nature and the elements.
Alihan Aslan: Alihan is a spiritual guide, certified Heart-Brain Coherence practitioner, and nutritional counselor devoted to helping others awaken their highest potential. Rooted in the philosophy of pura vida "pure life" he weaves together modern understanding and ancient wisdom to create transformative experiences for mind, body, and spirit
